Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AgentReady (the “Service”), operated by Boxing Vision (the Netherlands). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AgentReady scans publicly available e-commerce store pages and produces an “agent-readiness” score and recommendations — an assessment of how well an AI agent can find, understand and purchase on a store. The Service is informational; results are heuristic and provided “as is”.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for businesses.

3. Plans & billing

A free tier is available with a monthly scan limit. Paid plans (“Pro”) are billed monthly or annually as shown on our pricing page, in EUR, through our payment provider Mollie. Paid plans grant access for the period paid. By subscribing you authorise the corresponding charge.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may stop using the Service at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, overload it, or use it to scan stores in violation of applicable law. We audit only public pages, on request, and never complete real purchases.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its scoring methodology and generated reports are owned by Boxing Vision. You may use reports for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxing Vision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
