Boxing Vision (the Netherlands) operates AgentReady and is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. We are committed to GDPR compliance.

What we collect

• Email address — when you submit a scan, capture a report, or subscribe.
• Store URLs you submit and the resulting scan data (public page data only).
• Payment data — handled directly by our processor Mollie; we do not store card details.
• Basic technical data (e.g. IP address) for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
• Account data — if you sign in, your email address (we use passwordless sign-in links; we never store a password) and the scans you run while signed in.
• First-party, cookieless usage analytics — we measure page views and product events ourselves: no third-party analytics service, no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies (which is why you see no cookie banner). Visitors are counted via a salted hash that rotates daily and cannot identify you across days.

What we do NOT collect

We audit only public, unauthenticated store pages. We do not collect personal data of the audited store’s customers, and we never complete real purchases or create accounts on their sites.

How we use it

To provide the Service (scan, score, recommend, monitor), to bill subscriptions, to send service emails (e.g. score-drop alerts), and to improve our benchmarks in aggregate.

Processors we use

• Render — hosting & database.
• Mollie — payments.
• Postmark — transactional email.

Retention & your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the Service. Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Signed-in users can delete their account and personal data directly from their dashboard ("Delete my account & data"); or contact hello@agentready.market.
