Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid AgentReady subscriptions, operated by Villepinte Studio (the Netherlands), KVK 99969718, trading as AgentReady.Market — and billed via Mollie.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for; it then simply expires (we use one-off term payments, so nothing auto-renews without a new payment).

Refunds

• 14-day goodwill refund: if AgentReady doesn’t work for you, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it, no questions asked.
• After 14 days, payments for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Mollie.

How to request

Email hello@agentready.market from the address used at checkout, with your payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
